Arrival and Departure Policy

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check-Out 1200 Hours

Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability. A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.

Booking Procedure

1. All bookings are confirmed against Advance payment. 2. Payment can be deposited in our current account in HDFC Bank. Details will send through email.

Maid and Driver Policy

As a courtesy to fellow guests, we do not allow domestic help and drivers to stay in the hotel. The hotel has no provision for them; however should you need alternative accommodation, we would be happy help you.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation cancelled within 30 days prior to check in is subjected to 50 % cancellation fee, ,80% cancellation fee if cancelled within 15 days prior to check in,100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 7 days of check in.In case of a preponed departure, 75% of package cost for days not availed shall be forfeited.
